The CoLiving sector is emerging and relatively new to the UK market. Applied Energy have been lucky to have worked on numerous projects in recent years, including supporting The Collective on the "first example of pioneering CoLiving Build to Rent Concept in the UK". Applied Energy then went on on to fully monitor the construction of The Collective Canary Wharf scheme and subsequently were appointed as The Collective's MEP and Energy Engineers in Harrow, Earlsfield and Westminster.

Applied Energy have also supported a number of CoLiving Brands, including the design and monitoring of a number of Watkins Jones schemes, the design for Balance Out Living's Battersea scheme and a number of Schemes for Halcyon Development Partners.

In CBRE’s report, “Coliving in London”, Applied Energy has been significantly involved in Eight of the Fourteen Projects that were mentioned. Other publications include Savills "UK CoLiving 2022 & 2023" which features the Earlsfield CoLiving scheme on it's front cover of the 2022 issue.
