Taxi House is a mixed-use scheme situated on the Grand Union Canal, occupying the site of the former London Taxi Drivers’ Association headquarters. The new development for The Collective is made up of a family volumes of varying scale, ranging in height from three to 12 storeys.

  • Complex existing building with outdated and inconsistent M&E services requiring complete overhaul

  • MEP designed to incorporate a high velocity HVAC system allowing for keeping the original ceilings fully exposed

  • Complete pre-tender MEP design process following of complex coordination between the interior design and structural engineer

  • Providing monitoring services post planning which include reviewing contractors detailed design information, undertaking monthly site inspections and witness commissioning prior to PC
