Creation of a new halls of residence for the University of The Arts London. The site is located on a former timber warehouse adjacent to the Surrey Canal Park.
The development consists of two buildings, one smaller block infilling the space between the existing terrace housing on Peckham High Street and the other a 6 storey brick building overlooking the park.
