Redevelopment of an existing car park in the centre of Nottingham to provide a mixed use scheme for Watkins Jones. The proposals include two buildings of 7 and 12 storeys providing Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) comprising of 354 no. bedspaces arranged through a mix of studios and cluster apartments, a small commercial unit and 48 basement car parking spaces which will be handed back to the Council. The new blocks are arranged either side of a central, publicly accessible pedestrian route linking between Lower Parliament Street and Brook Street.
